Weekly Hair Tip - Removing Braids and Detangling

Today's weekly hair tip is all about detangling your hair after removing a braided hairstyle. It's very important to remove your braids when you are sure that you have more than enough time to do it. Removing braids in a rush can create unnecessary knots in the hair so be sure to take your time. Detangle the hair from the ends of your hair to the root in very small sections. Pin the detangled hair back from the hair that still needs to be worked on.

Once the entire head has been detangled thoroughly, you may go ahead and wash, condition and apply your leave-ins. Hair that hasn't been detangled properly and then washed can mat severely, making it difficult if not impossible to comb. That hair will eventually have to be cut so BE CAREFUL!

Have a Good Hair Day!!!
